Ed McMahon's Money Problems Are Over!

But alas, they have just been transfered to his wife, who, as of this morning, is known affectionately as The Widow McMahon. Ed McMahon passed away yesterday at the Ronald Reagan UCLA Hospital in Los Angeles from complications of old age. He was 86. McMahon, star of Cash4Gold commercials and Star Search, also had a brief 30 year run as Johnny Carson's sidekick on the Tonight Show.

Three ghoulers had Ed - Josh Garcia, Gary Tomlin and Michael Strand, but the standings remain unchanged: Penny Gray and Howard Askenase are tied for first with 2 piddly points, while 10 of you are tied for 2nd with 1 piddly point.

Other than this passing, the death parade has been as pitiful as the West Hollywood Gay Parade. The only notable death of late has been Auto Erotic Asphyxiationist David Carradine, but he was completely off of our radar.

Our death watch today includes Walter Cronkite who has been reported to be in grave condition.
